We foster an ongoing commitment to serving our communities, both individually and collectively. This value is deeply engrained in our culture and passionately guides many of our firm-wide efforts. A number of our attorneys serve in leadership positions on nonprofit and charitable boards, are actively involved in civic and state and local bar activities, and participate in community service projects.

Balch Business Boost
Balch Business Boost leverages the experience and talents of Balch attorneys to help entrepreneurs of color and/or women-owned businesses and start-ups by providing free or low-cost legal services as they navigate legal and entrepreneurial challenges to building and sustaining success.
