Our Women's Initiative

Balch’s Women’s Initiative has been a driving force in Balch’s commitment to progress for more than a decade. This group, actively supporting women lawyers through cross-office friendship mentorship and leads programming for women attorneys and allies that contributes to the overall success of the firm.

Our Women’s Initiative also works to highlight and address the complex and intersectional issues facing women in the workforce, and commits to helping women achieve the many versions of lasting success. Through this initiative, this group has hosted numerous networking receptions with women clients and events with Balch alumnae.
