Our Women's Initiative

Balch’s Women’s Initiative has been a driving force in Balch’s commitment to progress for more than a decade. While not exclusive to women, this group actively supports women lawyers through cross-office friendship, collegiality, learning experiences, and leads programming for women attorneys, allies, and others that contributes to the overall success of the firm.

Our Women’s Initiative also works to highlight and address the complex and intersectional issues facing attorneys in the workforce, and commits to helping attorneys achieve the many versions of lasting success. Through this initiative, this group has hosted numerous networking receptions with women clients and events with Balch alumnae.
