  • What type of clients do you represent?

    Real estate developers, banks and other financial institutions, publicly and privately held commercial and real estate investment companies, and individual investors.

     
  • What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice?

    I was assistant counsel at The Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT), where I handled a variety of work including litigation, contract drafting and review, and public finance. I represented the State before state and federal courts and administrative boards.
