  • Lead nuclear regulatory and licensing counsel to the surviving company in a merger of the owners of over 6,000 megawatts of nuclear generating capacity. This merger creates a leading integrated retail electricity and zero-carbon generation company with the second largest competitive nuclear fleet in the country, serving over 3 million households.

  • Lead counsel for owner and operator developing first nuclear power plant licensed in the United States in over 30 years, including licensing (including contested hearings), commercial contract negotiation and drafting, multi-party negotiations regarding federal loan guarantees, resolution of large multi-party commercial disputes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead counsel for nuclear licensee in connection with claims against United States arising out of failure to accept and dispose of spent nuclear fuel pursuant to contracts between licensee and Department of Energy, including trial and appeal.
  • Nuclear policy advice to nuclear plant owners and national trade associations regarding legislative proposals regarding commercial nuclear power issues including new plant development, nuclear waste storage and disposal, and nuclear power economics.
