- Mississippi tidelands boundary litigation: Represented the State of Mississippi in multiple lawsuits over the boundary of the Public Trust Tidelands in Mississippi. (2015-Present)
- Wetlands delineation litigation: Served as counsel in disputes over determination of wetlands boundary. Negotiated and coordinated favorable result for landowners. (2016).
