Located on historic 25th Avenue in the heart of downtown Gulfport, our office is located in the former Anderson Theater building – a beloved Gulfport landmark that is nearly a century old and is recognized as a pillar member of the city’s business landscape.
Our Gulfport office has strong ties to the fields of public utility law, and more recently, environmental and natural resources law. Our attorneys are recognized by Chambers USA for their environmental work across the state of Mississippi, including work with the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality both directly after and on a continual basis following Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
In addition to our experience in complex litigation and commercial transactions, Balch also represents clients in environmental, real estate, international commerce, gaming and labor matters. Our attorneys also serve in leadership roles in many community organizations and professional associations.
