Ed Haden Authors 2024 Edition of Alabama Appellate Practice

Ed Haden, partner in Balch & Bingham’s Birmingham office and member of the firm’s Litigation Practice, authored the 2024 Edition of Alabama Appellate Practice, a publication by CLE Alabama. The book serves as a comprehensive guide to navigating Alabama's appellate courts, providing readers with insights into the rules, statutes, and case law crucial for presenting cases effectively.

The book focuses on how to present a matter to Alabama’s appellate courts for a decision based on the merits. Ed serves as chairman of the Standing Committee on the Alabama Rules of Appellate Procedure. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers and the Alabama Law Foundation.
