Michael L. Edwards

The most exciting part of my work is having the opportunity to work with my clients to help them achieve their goals and to develop a legal strategy to challenging circumstances. I enjoy challenging cases and appreciate the trust my clients have in my ability to help them resolve the issue. 

I represent financial institutions, health care providers, attorneys and accounting firms.  I focus my practice on complex business litigation. 

After completing law school, I served in the  Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAGC) of the United States Army. That experience taught me discipline and detail, how to work efficiently under pressure and how to effectively analyze weaknesses in any argument. After joining the JAGC, I was immediately placed in the courtroom very early in my career. That training has been invaluable to me and has served our clients well. It certainly was a defining point in my life and instilled in me a strong sense of duty.
