2024 Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop
Join Balch & Bingham at the 2024 Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop presented by the American Bankruptcy Institute on July 25 – 28 in Naples, Florida. The three-day event will feature business- and consumer-focused sessions, opportunities to earn bankruptcy CLE and numerous networking opportunities. Jeremy Retherford, partner in the Birmingham office and Co-Chair of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, will speak on a panel about bankruptcy alternatives. The discussion will explore why bankruptcy is not always the best option and why alternatives such as assignments for the benefit of creditors, receiverships and Article 9 sales might be better fits.
