Balch & Bingham Welcomes Asher L. Kitchings to the Birmingham Office

Balch & Bingham is pleased to welcome Asher L. Kitchings as an attorney located in the Birmingham office. Asher focuses his practice on real estate development and commercial lending. Prior to joining Balch, Asher practiced commercial litigation and has experience litigating a wide variety of commercial and corporate disputes.  

Asher earned his J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law and his B.S., cum laude, in business administration from Birmingham-Southern College.

Balch’s Real Estate team includes 26 attorneys in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Mississippi, who help clients navigate acquisition, financing, and development projects. Our attorneys provide counsel to real estate developers, investors and funds, bank and non-bank lenders, trust companies, insurance carriers, broker-dealers and other financial institutions on transactional, regulatory and commercial matters at the state, regional and national level.
