Dart Meadows Shares Insights on Product Liability Issues at Wood Working Industry Conference

Dart Meadows, partner in Balch & Bingham's Atlanta office and member of the Product Liability & Casualty Litigation Practice, spoke at the annual Woodworking Industry Conference, on April 3, 2019, sponsored by the Woodworking Machinery Industry Association (WMIA) and the Wood Machinery Manufacturers of America (WMMA) on trends in product liability issues impacting the woodworking industry. 

Dart’s presentation summarized the product liability landscape, trends, product liability prevention and defense strategies, the importance of complying with industry standards and strategies involving insurance.

Dart has had a national practice representing woodworking machinery manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in product liability litigation throughout the United States for over three decades. He is national counsel for three of the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors of industrial woodworking machinery and has successfully defended cases in over 38 states.
