Balch & Bingham Adds Paula Rothenberger, to Real Estate Practice in Atlanta

Balch & Bingham welcomes Paula Rothenberger to the firm’s Atlanta office as of counsel in its Real Estate Practice. Paula has 10 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions involving multi-property portfolios, joint venture relationships, and challenging title or survey issues. She counsels national property developers, owners, investors, and lenders, and also represents public utilities in the acquisition and disposition of property rights for renewable energy projects. Paula’s deal management and negotiation skills efficiently move transactions from concept to closing. 

Through her pro bono work, Paula has represented survivors of domestic violence in their Temporary Protective Order hearings and served with the Georgia Appleseed Juvenile Justice Code Assessment Project. She earned her J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law in 2009.
