Amy Adams 

Partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Estate Planning & Trusts Practice, focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trust, and estate litigation. She is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.  

Leslie Garrett Allen

Partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Energy Practice, advises nuclear and hydroelectric utilities on regulatory, licensing, compliance, and environmental issues. She draws from a background in environmental law to provide unique insight on compliance.

Debra Lewis

Partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Banking & Financial Services Practice and chair of the firm’s regulatory and transactions practice group. Debra focuses her practice on complex transactions and advising her clients on various state and federal regulations.

Martha Thompson

Partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, has tried to verdict numerous cases involving a variety of employment and medical malpractice issues. She regularly represents clients in complex personal injury, property damage, product liability, and wrongful death cases.
