David Duhé, partner in the Gulfport office and member of the Corporate Practice, has been named to the Walter Anderson Museum of Art (WAMA) Board of Trustees. David will serve a three year term from 2020 to 2023.
Founded in 1991, the Walter Anderson Museum of Art is a nationally accredited art museum located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast dedicated to the preservation of the art and culture of artist and philosopher, Walter Inglis Anderson.
David provides counsel to sophisticated parties engaged in complex commercial arrangements in the economic development, real estate, energy, and corporate transactions involving long-term contractual obligations, mergers and acquisitions, purchasing, leasing, construction, public laws, and incentives and compliance for both public and private clients. He also serves as general counsel to the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, and is a commissioner on the Gulfport Redevelopment Commission, the urban renewal agency of the City of Gulfport, Mississippi.
