Tashwanda Pinchback Dixon to Present at the 2021 Women in Law Summit Series: Driving Diversity in Law & Leadership

Tashwanda Pinchback Dixon, partner in the firm’s Atlanta office and member of the Labor & Employment and Litigation Practices, will present at the Women in Law Summit Series: Driving Diversity in Law & Leadership on April 14, 2021.
 
Tashwanda will present as part of a panel discussion on the topic, “The Time for Change is NOW: Attracting, Promoting & Retaining Leaders of Color.” This presentation will address the challenges that minority leaders face in the legal profession, why law firms and other employers should care about retaining and advancing people of color, performative vs. Substantive change, affinity groups and other resources and advice for young attorneys of color.
 
As a labor and employment attorney, Tashwanda is recognized for her ability to provide counsel to large and small corporations on complex and emerging employment laws and for her experience helping HR teams develop clear policies to guide their workforce.
