Jonathan Hoffmann Named a 2021 Top NextGEN by the Birmingham Business Journal

Balch’s Jonathan Hoffmann, partner in the firm’s Consumer Finance Litigation and Creditors Rights and Bankruptcy Practices, has been named a Top NextGen in the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2021 NextGenBHM. Jonathan was recognized as a NextGenBHM: Law special section honoree, which was announced in the October 15, 2021 edition of the Birmingham Business Journal.  

Jonathan focuses on consumer finance litigation and compliance, additionally representing clients in bankruptcy litigation, complex business disputes, loan workouts, and collection actions. Jonathan is regular participant and speaker at national conferences where he offers insights and developments impacting the consumer credit industry.
