Balch & Bingham Continues Building Jacksonville Office
Balch & Bingham is pleased to welcome two new attorneys to the firm’s Jacksonville office, including Zachary Brown, member of the Real Estate Practice and Kimano Edwards, who joins as a member of the Litigation and Corporate and Commercial Practices.

Kimano focuses his practice on business, commercial, construction and complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. Additionally, he supports clients in real estate, land use and zoning matters. He is a former assistant state attorney for the State of Florida where he managed and litigated a high volume of diverse cases ranging from municipal ordinances to felonies. Kimano received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Zachary primarily focuses his practice on real estate and real estate financing. Since becoming an attorney, he has regularly worked with a wide variety of real estate developers, assisting them with entity formation, land use, zoning, and entitlement work, real estate financing, real estate closings, leasing, and other items necessary for project completion. Zachary received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
