Lee counsels clients with clear communication, guiding them through risk assessment and taking proactive measures aimed to help avoid the need for litigation. He helps clients balance efficiency and desired results as he works through issues alongside them.
Lee is passionate about supporting development in Alabama’s underserved communities. He plays a critical role for Opportunity Alabama, supporting the non-profit’s mission to help these communities through efforts to de-risk the kinds of meaningful real estate projects needed for a vibrant local economy. His contributions to REV Birmingham, the Monday Morning Quarterback Club, the Bryant-Jordan Foundation, and the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame highlight his dedication to creating a better future for Birmingham and its residents.
Lee received his J.D. from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin School of Law, where he graduated with honors. He was recognized as one of the nation’s leading real estate attorneys in the Chambers USA 2023 Guide, one the most prominent legal guides.
