Balch & Bingham Welcomes Drew Johnson to Energy Practice in Atlanta, Georgia

Balch & Bingham is pleased to announce the return of Drew Johnson to the firm, as he joins our Atlanta, Georgia office as counsel in the firm’s Energy Practice. Drew brings two decades of experience in energy and transactional matters.

Drew’s practice will focus on energy transactions, assisting clients in negotiating and drafting complex, long-term agreements. He will also draw on his regulatory experience to help clients navigate the intricate federal and state energy regulatory landscapes. Additionally, Drew will provide support on corporate transactional matters, offering his expertise to clients across a range of industries. 

Before re-joining Balch’s Energy Practice, Drew served as Vice-President of a strategic advisory firm focusing on cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures.

Drew received his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law and his LL.M in Energy & Environmental Law from Tulane University Law School.
