Balch & Bingham Welcomes Paige Bodziak to Jacksonville Office, Strengthening Banking & Financial Services Practice

Balch & Bingham is pleased to announce that Paige Bodziak has joined the firm’s Jacksonville, Florida office as part of the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice.  

Paige focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial lending as well as office and retail leasing. She also advises clients throughout all stages of corporate transactions, from due diligence to drafting and negotiating transaction documents. 

In addition to her real estate and corporate practice, Paige has experience advising clients on evolving data privacy laws, specifically with respect to the preparation of privacy policies and negotiation of data processing agreements.

Paige received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
