  • What type of matters do you work on most often?

    I most often assist clients in the arenas of drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives, as well as supporting personal representatives with the probating of estates. I represent individuals and corporate fiduciaries in trust and estate litigation matters, including will contests. I also advise high net worth individuals and business owners on techniques to reduce taxes and business succession strategies.

  • What do you find most exciting about your work?

Select Matters

  • Favorable estate settlement/preservation of family business: Decedent incurred substantial debt that was due upon his death. I represented the family through the probate process which resulted in saving the family business.
  • Tax planning: I represented a family with substantial wealth. I helped them plan their estate through a series of transactions that resulted in the next generation saving millions of dollars in tax.
