- Divestiture counsel: Selected as counsel to an energy service company in the divestiture of its portfolio of generation assets, which included the necessary separation of generation and interconnection facilities from transmission, distribution and substation facilities. (2017)
- Acquisition counsel: Served as counsel to Harbert Power Fund V, LLC and Gulf Pacific Power, LLC in the acquisition of 50% of the ownership interest in Northern Star Generation LLC, which owns beneficial interest in eight electric generation facilities with a combined net capacity of approximately 1,235 MW. (2014)
- Project Financing counsel: Served as lead counsel to several private equity funds to finance over $1 billion of project financings, including construction, term, revolver, and letters of credit facilities. (2010 - 2015)
- Corporate Financing counsel: Served as lead counsel to a large construction company in connection with a $100 million working capital and letter of credit facility. (2013)
- International Acquisition counsel: Served as counsel to a publicly held Japanese company in connection with its acquisition of over a $100 million large manufacturing facility. (2012)
