Which courts or agencies do you most often appear before on behalf of clients?

I regularly appear in bankruptcy courts throughout Alabama and Mississippi. I am also very familiar with state courthouses from Gulfport, Mississippi to Madison County, Alabama, and have experience in probate courts.
What types of clients do you represent?

I represent banks, financial institutions, and lenders, as well as debtors and borrowers. In bankruptcy court, I also counsel clients with solvency issues towards a successful future or wind down.
