What do you find most exciting about your work?

I have always enjoyed working together with others to find creative and effective solutions to achieve our clients' goals. Each and every day of practice brings a new challenge that allows me to continue learning while serving clients.
What types of matters do you work on most often?

I most often assist clients with preparing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorneys, and advance directives. I also advise personal representatives, trustees, or beneficiaries through probate administrations or trust administrations, including will contests or other estate or trust litigation. In addition, I work with clients to ensure that their estate and business plans work together in order to help them realize their goals.
What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice?

While in college, I was a member of the swim team which greatly influenced my ability to work as a team to achieve a common goal. I have carried this experience into my practice by working together with clients to pursue their objectives.
