About Jena
Q&A
  • What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice?

In law school, I was an active member of Moot Court where I honed my ability to research, write, and think through cases strategically.  While participating in Moot Court, I learned the importance of understanding a client’s goals and priorities to help them achieve their most ideal outcome. After winning my school’s moot court competition, I had the opportunity to represent my school in the American Bar Association Moot Court Competition two years in a row, where I ranked as one of the competition’s top oralists both years. I look forward to using these skills to protect my clients’ interests and help them achieve successful outcomes.

  • What types of clients do you represent?

I frequently represent hospitals, healthcare providers, health insurance companies, and a variety of businesses, including designers and manufacturers of automobiles and electric utilities.
