Kevin McNamee has over 19 years of experience providing counsel to electric utilities across the United States with particular emphasis on commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. This representation includes advice and guidance related to open access transmission tariffs; generator interconnections; transmission service; implementation of regulatory requirements; development of business practices, policies and procedures; transmission operation and analysis; reliability requirements; and regulatory and compliance matters at the federal and state levels. Kevin possesses significant experience in a full range of matters related to nuclear generating facilities, such as the negotiation and development of nuclear fuel; operational and supply chain agreements; contract administration issues; regulatory and licensing requirements; and associated issues.
