About Patrick
Q&A
  • What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice?

I spent the early years of my career clerking for federal judges, first with Judge Homer Drake of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia and then with Judge Daniel Manion of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. The exposure to issues and arguments and the example of those giants of the law and pillars of their communities has been invaluable in my practice in and out of the courtroom.

  • What do you find most exciting about your work?

A large part of my practice is handling critical issues and appeals, which has led to working in numerous practice areas. These include consumer-debt, personal injury defense, bankruptcy, and general business litigation. Whatever the case, my goal is to efficiently analyze and resolve complicated legal questions and identify effective solutions for clients.
