What do you find most exciting about your work?

Law is an interesting mix of the theoretical and the very real. I enjoy the challenge of taking complex legal issues and distilling them into practical solutions and opportunities for our clients.
What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice?

Prior to law school, I worked in customer service and the restaurant industry. These jobs required me to problem solve on my feet and communicate in a clear, effective, and friendly manner with clients. I pride myself on applying those skills, in addition to my legal knowledge and experience, to provide the best client experience.
