April Wise Named Readers’ Choice Best Attorney Runner Up for Special Needs Estate Planning

April Wise, partner in our Montgomery Office and member of the Estate Planning & Trusts Practice, was named The Montgomery Advertiser Readers’ Choice “Best of the Best Awards” Attorney—Social Security & Disability—Runner Up for her work in special needs and settlement planning.   

April focuses her practice on special needs and settlement planning as well as estate and trust administration and litigation. Through her work with special needs planning, April strives to provide family members and caretakers of individuals with special needs with the knowledge of public benefits, special needs trusts, ABLE Accounts, and Guardianships. She also assists clients with preparing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorneys, and advance directives as well as probate court matters, including guardianships, conservatorships, and adoptions. 

Each year The Montgomery Advertiser holds nominations for its Best of the Best awards. This marks the 20th year for the awards which recognize top business and professionals across all industries in the Montgomery area.
