Chris Yeilding Presents to Members of the Alabama Property and Casualty Adjusters Association

Chris Yeilding, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, presented to members of the Alabama Property and Casualty Adjusters Association (APCAA) on July 17. Chris’ presentation detailed the importance of upholding ethics in the investigation and settlement of insurance claims.  

The Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ADLA) is offered to attorneys involved in handling civil cases. The ADLA strives to facilitate an environment for defense attorneys to share resources and work collectively. 

As a litigator, Chris focuses his practice on disputes involving real estate, insurance coverage, environmental litigation, employee benefits, and general business disputes. Chris has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for six straight years, including his recognition as Lawyer of the Year in ERISA Litigation (2017).
