Armin Moeller Chaired the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers Panel at the American Bar Association LEL Conference
Armin Moeller, partner in the Jackson office and member of the Labor & Employment practice, chaired the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers panel at the American Bar Association LEL Section’s Conference on November 9, 2019. The program featured a panel discussion on the topic of “Retrospectives on Labor and Employment Law.” Panelists included Fellow Ted St. Antoine, who recalled his personal interactions with then-Senator John F. Kennedy, Fellow Chai Feldblum, a former EEOC Commissioner and the lead attorney on the team drafting the American with Disabilities Act and at the forefront of advocating for legal rights for the LGBT community. Also, Fellow Peter Hurtgen focused on his experiences during the era when employment discrimination litigation was on the rise, his service as Chair of the NLRB and Director of the FMCS.
The College of Labor & Employment Lawyers Magazine featured Armin in its December 2019 edition, entitled “Leadership for Greater Purpose.”
