Adam Israel, partner in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Litigation Practice, has been named a Fellow in the Alabama Law Foundation (ALF).
The Alabama Law Foundation is the Alabama State Bar’s only official 501(c)(3), with work including scholarships for law schools and colleges as well as grants to organizations that provide access to the legal system. Since 1989, the ALF has awarded over $23 million in law-related projects, including volunteer lawyer programs throughout Alabama.
Admission to the ALF as a Fellow is limited to 1% of the Alabama Bar. The Fellows program honors lawyers who have been members of the bar at least ten years and who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to their profession and to their community. Adam is among the youngest Fellows admitted to the foundation.
A substantial portion of Adam’s practice is focused on complex litigation, including business torts and unfair competition litigation, banking and financial services litigation, and energy litigation.
