Leslie Garrett Allen's practice focuses on regulatory, licensing, compliance, and environmental issues for nuclear and hydroelectric utilities across the U.S. Her hydropower compliance practice involves matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and its staff. Leslie’s nuclear energy practice involves matters before the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). She represents clients before the D.C.
