Balch & Bingham is delighted to announce that Alison Guider Geter has joined the firm as an attorney in the Litigation Practice.
Based in Balch’s Gulfport, Miss. office, Alison represents a wide variety of clients in all aspects of civil litigation. Alison has extensive experience with the procedural and discovery aspects of federal litigation, having spent the past three years clerking for United States Magistrate Judge John C. Gargiulo prior to joining Balch. During her clerkship Alison worked on a wide variety of civil discovery matters, appeals from the Social Security Administration and dispositive motions in Section 1983 litigation.

Alison graduated magna cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she was the Mississippi Law Journal -Executive Articles Editor and a member of the Moot Court Board.
