Christy Kuklinski Selected to Participate in Momentum’s Upward Program Class VI

Christy Boardman Kuklinski, attorney in the firm’s Birmingham office and member of the Corporate and Commercial and Banking and Financial Services Practices, was accepted to Momentum’s sixth Upward class. Christy joins a group of 65 women in the metro area who will take part in the nine-month program focused on personal and professional development, facilitated by local leaders and nationally recognized speakers.

The emerging leaders program provides a framework for participants to bring their path to personal well-being and professional achievement into focus by cultivating essential leadership skills, bolstering confidence, and nurturing vital connections among Alabama's foremost female professionals. Criteria for acceptance into the program includes demonstrating a high degree of career ownership, is self-motivated and capable of motivating others, appreciates diversity, shows initiative in team projects, and possesses strong people skills.

Christy has a diverse practice with a focus on securities and corporate work.  She has spent the last decade developing an understanding for corporate and financial matters, both from the litigation standpoint and from the deal and advisory standpoint.  Due to Christy’s breadth of experience working with highly-regulated institutions, clients seek her assistance in all phases of their businesses, from transactions to regulatory compliance to securities and other complex litigation.
