Alina Fernandez, attorney in the firm’s Jacksonville office and member of the Litigation Practice, has been appointed to The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division (YLD) 4th Circuit Board of Governors. Her appointment begins on June 21, 2024. She will focus on assisting The Florida Bar in its purposes, stimulating and encouraging the interest and participation of YLD members in the programs of The Florida Bar, providing a full and complete program of activities and projects designed to be of interest and assistance to YLD members, and engaging in such activities as shall tend to further the best interests of the legal profession.
The Florida Bar YLD is comprised of lawyers aged 36 and under, as well as those in their first five years of practice, and aims to foster enthusiasm and engagement among division members towards The Florida Bar's objectives. Through an extensive array of activities and projects tailored to members' interests and needs, the YLD actively promotes participation that advances the legal profession's collective welfare.
