Phil Buffington Featured in Financial Poise Webinar on Business Borrowing Strategies

Phil Buffington, a partner in the firm’s Banking & Financial Services Practice, recently served as a featured panelist in the Financial Poise webinar, "Business Borrowing Basics: What Kind of Loan?" which was held on March 12. The webinar explored fundamental distinctions between asset-based loans (ABL) and cash flow loans (CFL), offering practical guidance on borrowing strategies from both business and legal perspectives.

In this webinar, the panel provided insights into the nuances between different types of lending structures, emphasizing how lenders evaluate company assets—including accounts receivable, inventory, and equipment—as collateral in asset-based lending scenarios.
