What types of clients do you represent?

I represent small and large corporate, energy, and public utility clients in a variety of legal matters. I also assist governmental agencies in the implementation and administration of governmental programs.
What type of matters do you work on most often?

I regularly represent water, sewer, electric, and renewable energy utility clients in regulatory and transactional matters. Specifically, these matters include requests for certificates of public convenience and necessity and rate proceedings before the Mississippi Public Service Commission.
What do you find most exciting about your work?

I enjoy collaborating with clients and colleagues to find strategic solutions to the complex legal challenges presented each day. I appreciate the opportunity to help clients achieve their goals and objectives.
