I primarily represent companies regulated by federal and/or state government as well as companies seeking effective pathways for offering their goods or services to governmental entities. I also represent companies and public entities that receive public funding. My clients often times are seeking relief from government overreach or a clearer understanding of the complex compliance landscape with which they face daily in their businesses. I focus my client efforts on assisting them with a broader awareness of and relationship with key decision makers with the objective to save them time, money, and frustration by cutting through the red tape that too often defines government.

I attribute much of my success today to my years working for Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) and my experience managing numerous political campaigns and grassroots business coalition efforts. Having a front row seat witnessing history in the making while playing a small role in shaping the issues and elections of many of the decision makers has truly influenced and shaped me professionally. 

As a contract lobbyist, I get excited by the opportunity to represent numerous clients working in diverse sectors of our economy. I have been fortunate to have worked with and represented companies in the areas of law enforcement, healthcare, biotechnology, manufacturing, logistics, international trade, technology, transportation, infrastructure, financial services, retail, economic, and community development projects as well as governmental entities and non-profits addressing unmet needs in the communities they serve.

Each client has a unique set of issues, and competitive and regulatory challenges. I am renewed by the opportunity to immerse myself meaningfully into a new clients' world, to learn about their business, their markets, products or services, employees, competition, and challenges and assist them in developing solutions to complex and (sometimes) "bet the farm" problems.  I thoroughly enjoy breaking down a client's complex issue in a way that most effectively translates and develop and implement successful strategies.

Elected officials and governmental personnel are so inundated with information, delivering effective communication of well conceived, politically viable solutions are essential to success.

Unfortunately for many of my clients, government is a growing industry. The size of government and the amount of government regulation is not getting smaller or going away. This fact is not likely to change or reverse course. Therefore, it is essential that businesses proactively engage with government leaders before there is a problem. Build relationships and educate government officials on the challenges your company or industry face.  Laws and regulations, whether federal, state, or local, were enacted via a process. I specialize in understanding these processes and building relationships with the decision makers responsible for enacting them.
