Balch & Bingham’s State Public Policy & Government Relations Practice has been actively engaged in advocating, creating and amending state policy since the firm’s inception in 1922. Balch has represented our clients on numerous major landmark public policy initiatives, specifically in the areas of environmental conservation, energy, ethical compliance, banking and insurance, economic development incentives, gaming, government contracts, education, elections law, law enforcement, and taxation, among others.
