What types of clients do you represent?

My clients range from state agencies and large companies to small businesses and individuals. I also have represented physicians, hospitals, and other heath care providers in malpractice as well as other healthcare related litigation.
What do you see on the horizon in your area of practice?

Litigation is rapidly becoming more economically driven, demanding that attorneys engage in a cost-sensitive approach to avoid unnecessary expenses in an effort to provide the highest return on the client's litigation investment.
Which Courts or agencies do you most often appear before on behalf of your clients?

My practice regularly allows me to appear before both state circuit, chancery and appellate courts, along with federal district and appellate courts.
What do you find most exciting about your work?

Legal practice presents a constant set of new challenges, requiring the development of creative and appropriate strategies to meet each new challenge and assist the client to reach their desired resolution of the issues.

Corporate Litigation: Part of a litigation team which served as general litigation counsel for a regional publicly-regulated utility.
State Agency Representation: Served as outside counsel to several state agencies in a wide variety of matters, ranging from litigation, public contract procurement, and general legal advice.
