Victoria A. Neal

I represent corporate clients in highly regulated industries including energy, telecommunications, solar, water and sewer, and gaming. I also represent individuals and small businesses with respect to general corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Balch, I worked at the Mississippi Gaming Commission and provided legal and regulatory advice related to Mississippi’s Charitable Gaming Rules and Gaming Regulations. In this role, I developed as a practitioner in a complex regulated environment. My development was supported by my former work as a fundraiser and finance director for political and nonprofit organizations where I learned how to foster business relationships and navigate the competing objectives of various, critical stakeholders. These positions have given me the ability to identify and meet the needs of clients and build long-term relationships with clients and individual stakeholders.
